Rodolfo "Rudy" Trejo, 38, faces charges of cocaine distribution, possession with intent to distribute cocaine and illegal re-entry following deportation. The federal indictment alleges that Trejo distributed cocaine on or about Aug. 17, Sept. 7 and Sept. 22.
